Our featured game of the month this July 2008 is Club Penguin! Waddle around and meet new friends, play cool games, talk to people, adopt puffles, and more! If you purchase a membership you can buy cool clothes, items, houses, and furniture. You can also adopt more puffles. If you are a member, you will see more server space than non-members. Memberships can range from $5.95 to $59.95. That's the scoop on memberships on club penguin.
If you are not a member you can still participate in games and earn coins. This is free to anyone to be a non-member, but I love being a member myself. When parties occur you can receive free items that any non-member can get. That's the scoop on the non-members.
It's cool when parties are planned on Club Penguin. Events are always are going on around there. Last June we had a water party. It was cool. Read the news each week for info on the coolest happenings. Always check those parties out now!
The news is a good way to learn about what going on on the island. Every Friday a new news is released and in the upper righthand corner on the paper it will say NEW! on it. Submit questions to Aunt Arctic and maybe your question will be shown in the next issue. You can check out the old issues in the boiler room too. That's the scoop on the news.
You can become a moderater online. That means you can become an online "cop" for Club Penguin. You can take the test if you are at least 30 days old on your account. If you fail the test, don't worry you can always take it again. If you succeed then the next time you login you can access the HQ through the sports shop. After that you can participate in secret missions! Hope you become a moderater online at Club Penguin!
The island has it's own tour guides hired. You can apply if your penguin is at least 45 days old on the site. You have to know the island inside and out to pass this miserably challenging test. A tour guide gets to show newbie penguins around the island. After you apply and succeed, you get a cool hat uniform. Go into the ski village and put on your uniform. Then, wave in your actions panel. Your penguin should hold up a sign that says "Tours Here" . Tip: Do NOT use your map while giving a tour, or everyone will get confused and leave. That's the info on tour guides.
Okay, I've told you about members, non-members, the news, moderaters, parties and events, and tour guides. I've given you the scoop on Club Penguin, our game of the month. Have fun with your chubby penguin avatars!
